I took my kids out to eat for lunch on Monday. We were sitting in a booth in the middle of 2 other booths. My kids were being really good. I was really proud of them. The host went to seat 2 ladies in the booth behind me. One of the ladies rudely said "Sit us some where else, we don't want to sit by kids." That is fine not a big deal, you don't have to sit by me if you don't want to.. but then she looked at me and started laughing. The host then sat an older couple behind me and after about 5 minutes moved to a different table. I don't know if that had anything to do with us or not but I was a little hurt. I felt bad for my dd's because they knew what was going on. They both were being awesome and I think they were hurt.
Has something like this ever happened to you? Have you ever requested not to sit by some where because of someone sitting near by?
