I run 4-5 miles every day. Good for you starting to get healthy. It's such a better lifestyle.

I used to run that much almost 6 yrs ago before I had my son. I loved it but fell hard off of that lifestyle due to personal issues I couldn't handle very well. Now I am back and my husband is with me!

It helps me get my kids active. My 9 year old placed 1211 out of 6,000 in a 5k a few weeks ago. My older kids love to run with me. Plus I get the little two out in the jogging stroller.

Yay for you :) well I exercise as much as I can. But I'm also 17 weeks pregnant so a good chunk of weight loss won't happen since I'm not dieting. Although I have lost 14lbs so far. Not trying to nor am I starving myself or baby. We are both perfectly fine. But after baby, ill be joining the gym and working out and try to get my pre having babies body back. Keep up the good work
