What type of students? High school? College? Certain majors?

Why?

Randomly or when warranted? Too vague for an answer

All of them and both.

Then no.

Without some type of probable cause...or unless they are healthcare majors...I don't think there is a reason.

I would back drug testing to participate in things like sports or extra curricular activities but just to simply attend school no. The cost to drug test every student would be insanely expensive and wouldn't really have much positive return.

We did in HS and college. Anyone in any form of extracurricular had to take randoms.

Why do you specify 'healthcare major'?
