if your daughter had a friend stay over and then you learn they like each other more than friends..

what would you do?

a female friend.. stop assuming a boy
16yo

update, she went home next day
says she never wanted to be with her that way. She swears she's not gay. she said she doesn't want to be confused.. She likes only boys that way.. Very confusing.. don't know what to say about that..

It depends on age. Most likely take them home.

Depends on age.. maybe watch more closely and make a rule bedroom doors open at all times. If you tell her that her friend she has a crush on can't come over, then she wouldn't tell you about the next girlfriend/ girl she likes & it'd just be a secret. I'd rather know whats going on, whether it be with the opposite sex or same. But I'm pretty easy going and feel people should be able to do whatever they want, as long as they're not hurting themselves or others.
What matters most in the situation is your child's age & maturity.

Depends on their age, but it would definitely warrant a good talk!
