and you ordered some things and its unbelievable things like furniture,could you sue if they're don't send it because they made a mistake?

You can sue for your loss.  What are you out?  Shipping?  Tax?  You are entitled to that back.  The courts will put you back to where you were before that time.  If you arent out anything you cant sue

Why?  Because it bothers you?  You really want to clog up courts for that?  Even if you did you wont get anything.

No, I mean what would you hope to get out of it? You didn't pay anything so it's not like they need to refund your money and they didn't. Mistakes happen.

Why? You should KNOW that there was a glitch somewhere when a site that SELLS items suddenly has items listed for free.You tried to take advantage of that company and now you expect something for it?? (you in general unless you actually did this)

hasn't happened but people reporting glitches and ordering stuff so i was wondering what would happen if they don't get it and what i assume they would do

Nope. A lot of things that are online (like Walmarts mistake), have fine print in case of glitches. They are also not obligated to sell it as advertised.
