I struggle with mild depression and anxiety...and I hear that it's more common than we know...anyone else suffer from any of these? Or any other "mental" health issue?

I battle depression, which has gotten better. I was diagnosed with PTSD, and I have anxiety, which also has gotten better. Therapy has helped a lot but I still have a long way to go.

ST JOHNS WORT--helps with mild depression and anxiety.  RELORA blocks the stress hormone, cortisol, therefore it will also help with anxiety and stress-related problems.  I tak both and both help me when I feel edgy or blue.

I have mdd and anxiety. Used to go to counselling but can't afford it. I take Cymbalta. I try to take one day at a time.

I have always had an anxiety problem.
I was diagnosed 3 years ago with situational reactive depression....means its brought on by a specific incident.

I have S.A.D.D, anxiety and have been diagnosed with a mood disorder, but my new Psychiatrist thinks I am ADHD and that if I get diagnosed and am put on meds for ADHD that all of the other stuff will go away. except for the S.A.D.D

All the vitamin B's help mild anxiety. My dd hasn't had any since taking it. She takes BC pills so she can't take St Johns Wort. It lessens the pills effectivness.
