Did you ever use a home pregnancy test?

We're rounding up the best home pregnancy tests for a story on The Stir. If you used one to check if you were expecting, tell us: Which brand did you use (Clearblue, First Response, etc.)? What was your experience with the test like? How accurate and easy to use was it? Would you recommend it to other moms?

I don't remember the brand.  It was the one that gave a + if you are Pregnant and a - if you are not.   I used it 2x when I got pregnant both times.

I used first response.  When I wasnt pregnant it said negative and when I finally was it said positive.

Of course.   Doesn't everyone.  Mine were accurate but I was over a week late before I tested both times.  This was 20+ years ago so who knows the brand.

I used a BUNCH. I was sooooo impatient. My husband just laughed at me. So I bought $1 store ones and they worked. Kept saying No until I actually was and then it said yes. And I had some left over so I used 2 more just to do it and make sure and they both said yes as well. So not the most expensive but they still do the job. Plus I mean I just went to the doc right after the one said yes and I was pregnant.
