Would you let your 17yo spend the night at her boyfriend's?

My 17yo has a boyfriend and they've been going out for a year. His family is going to the lake this weekend and invited her to come along which means staying there for two nights. I know the parents and I'm sure the boys and girls will be separated (they have a 16yo daughter and 10yo son as well), and the pair won't ever be alone, but I'm still not sure it's a good idea to have her sleeping over with him. What do you think? Would you let your 17yo spend the night at her boyfriend's house?

Probably not. Maybe they'd be fine, maybe not, you never know. I'd just say no and not have to worry about it.

To me she is by far old enough and you need to learn to trust her.

That's how I feel about it, but at the same time, I don't want to send her a message that I'm condoning it if it should happen this weekend?
