Wow, some of that really scares me! I couldn't leave my baby sleeping in a stroller on the curb while I went inside. I'd worry someone would steal him or something. Do they not have kidnapping over there?

I remember a few yers back when a Danish or Norwegian couple left their baby outside in a stroller while thy went in and had lunch.  The restaurant owner called CPS on them and I think they were arrested.

People in the country they were from were outraged and it became a huge international incident.

I can see how keeping your baby outside is probably beneficial but the American in me could never leavea  baby unattended.

I think some of the things are interesting, some seem pretty crazy to do.

When we lived in Italy there was something you could put on the outside of the door.  It read sleeping baby alone in room.

Yes, I heard about that a while back. Someone women left her stroller outside while she went inside to eat. This happened in 1997, in New York.

cultures handed down for generations.  I guess if they came to this county, it would be different?
