Vodka, lots and lots of Vodka!!!!  Just kidding... I learned that if I ignore them and act as though nothing is going on they tended to be shorter and less frequent.  They wanted me to feed into it... and when I didn't they stopped and went on with their day.  Not sure if it will work for you or not, but you can always try the Vodka...

oh lordy bee, I used to break down with her, and try to cure it all and so on, I have learned not to and now I just ignore them, unless it is for something really important!

Thanks for the advice. Sometime I just don't know what to do.

I usually just ignore my son.  He'll go on for a little bit then stop.  I sometimes get looks if we are out in public and I'm just ignoring his screams, but he'll work it out then stop and be fine.  (The process seems to be the same whether I try to talk with him or not...)
