I am by no means good at designing. Therefore I hate choosing colors. DH wanted to upgrade our kitchen to open it up to the living room by taking down a wall and closing in a doorway to another room. He ordered all new cabinets. Which I told him to pick color. So now I'm left with this as a kitchen. What neutral color paint would go good throughout house? What color flooring would look good with cabinets? And what color granite would look good with it all? I'm ready for my kitchen back.

11-29-17 We got a good deal on Blue Fantasy Granite and both love it with the cabinets. However, we can't decide on color to match for backsplash. Floor we both like Greystone Hickory. First in picture. As far as wall color we haven't decided yet till we get backsplash. What do you think?

Since the cabinets are brown, how about a nice neutral beige to bring the two colors together? Maybe quite a few shades lighter so they compliment each other. Just an opinion!

I would do the walls yellow. Maybe wood floors or wood looking. I would do a red counter top, but I know a lot of people are against red.
