Need some advice on schools

hi

I have a 14 yr old son and 12 yr old daughter. We might move to New Jersey from California for next school year. Which is the best school district in NJ? I tried greatschools.net but it is very confusing as their map is very limited.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Shana

I don't know anything about NJ I'm in TN but you can find a group just for the area in NJ your moving to.  Also, on the web you can find the averege graduation rates and scores on standerdized test for certain schools in that area and compare them.

This was done by one of the NJ papers.....doesn't give a lot of info, but ranks the schools...I guess you could look them up then....

http://njmonthly.com/articles/towns_and_schools/highschoolrankings/top-high-schools-in-new-jersey.html

or this one is actually done by the state board of education....

I'm not from NJ so I can't really input, but hope this helps a little!  Good luck!
