I LOVE the amped videos!!!

It's been about a month since I was doing it...I really need to get back to it.  They helped me lose 10lbs and go down a jean size!

I didn't have the bar at first.  I used two 3-pound weights at first.  Man!  the bar is SO much easier than that! LOL

So next time, go for 4 minutes!!!  That's the key...keep trying and set a bigger goal!
