I am a VERY busy mommy between working full time (hopefully that will change) & being a mom I just started weight watchers but if I don't workout will I lose any weight? Does anyone have any suggestions on exercising! I am on the go from 4:30am till 10pm (or when the baby decides to go to sleep)...PLEASE HELP

I am in the same boat. Luckly I work 8 but go in so early that I am home a little after 2, then if I am lucky and the boys take a full nap I can get in a 1/2 hour workout. I do one of the Biggest Loser videos. It's not much but it helps. Then on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings my husband stays with the kids so I can actually go to the gym.

It would be so much easier to just not do it, cause it is stressful to try and fit it all in. But I really want to lose weight so I am sticking with it!
