So I just went to change my son out of his pj's and noticed this awful red rash all over his stomach.  It is really raised but its all over.  Monday and Tuesday he had a fever of 103.5.  It finally came down on Wednesday, but from what I've read, this looks like Measles.  He has been vaccinated but I am really worried.  Anyone else ever seen this...pics below

I can't see any rash on the pics,  but maybe it was / is a heat rash

If he had a fever, maybe its Roseola! It looks like it to me.

I'm thinking it may be because he did have a high fever

IF he had a fever, its probably just from that. My son gets rashes whenever his fevers break.

I could be the coxsackie virus.  It can cause a fever, rash and weird sores on the ears, hands, and feet.  The rash and sores usually show up after the fever.  My whole family had it.  It's no big deal, usually, but it can cause a pretty nasty fever.
