...for a good parking space?
I was just at walmart and saw a guy waiting as this woman was unloading her full cart of groceries, just to get her parking space because it was like the 5th or 6th space in... Unless there is NO parking I do not ever stalk anyone through a parking lot and wait on them. It makes me nervous when someone does that to me!! When my son is with me I will scan the lot for a good spot, but my favorite spot is the one right next to the cart return so I dont have to carry DS very far! I'm not one to drive up and down the rows for 5 minutes.. I just park and walk.

Oh I've been forced to stalk before, Like parking on UofHouston's main campus after 9am.. The ONLY way you will get a parking spot is to stalk someone! I used to get to campus an hour early just to make sure I could get a spot and not be late!! I hated it when I started taking a late class and had to walk to my car in the dark!

Oh hell no!!! I park farther on purpose.....the walk is good for you anyway!! Yeesh, I never drive down more than one isle for a spot, thats silly.

I usually try to park beside the cart return because I can grab a cart and put the kiddos in it with out have to drag them in or leave them unattended to grab a cart... but I'm not that desperate for a spot...in fact I'm to impatient to wait and get too annoyed when I have to wait behind someone else waiting for a spot so I dont do it out of courtesy too...

How desperate I am for a parking place is dependent on how badly I have to pee! Sorry, but it is true!! LOL

I'm like you. I like to park near the cart return. I have a 4 year old and a baby carrier and it's a pain to drag them all the way to the store to get a basket. If I get lucky and see someone backing out of a close spot, I'll wait but I wont wait for someone thats loading there car.

Depends on whether or not I have the girls with me too and whether or not I am having one of those horrible back pains and contractions kind of days or one of those feeling good and energetic kind of days.....

I like to park next to the buggy return..having twins it makes returning my cart easy. But, you best believe if I see a front row spot, I am all over it!
