A week from today is the day we are assigned to take snacks to school for my son's kindergarten class, there is one child in his class that has a nut allergy.  Can anyone please recommend a snack that will be safe for me to take?

Apples, bananas, oranges, peaches, any fruit, dried fruit such as raisins, cherries, blueberries, figs, dates, vegetables and dip (ranch, hummus, sour cream), pretzels, wheat or rye crackers, cheese sticks, anything without nuts.

The more fresh you go the less likely it will have been in contact with nuts.

One of my sons has a nut allergy, and so do a few kids in his class. So, when I have to bring snack I normally do things like vegetables and dip, fruit, or crackers with spread.
