Activities?

I would like to get my daughter involved in some sort of activity. She is 3 years old and beginning to be very shy because she's never around anyone but me. Does anyone know of anything like gymnastics, tumbling, ballet, etc that is something she can do at her age?

Would really enjoy the input! Thanks

The Y in Janesville has a ton of different activities for kids to do and a lot of people are part of it from here.

I used to be, but my son didn't want to go to the play area and wasn't interested in karate like I thought he would.  He was looking at the gymnastics room, but I decided to cancel my membership, it was too expensive for what he would have done.

My son is 3 as well, but I think he's just not ready for that yet.  I'm hoping once he's 4 to get him into T-ball/Baseball though.

Good Luck!

My daughter is 3 as well.  We did gymnastics at the Y but she wasn't too interested.  She goes to ballet once a week and she absolutely loves that!  She also attends preschool 2 days a week and loves that too.

There are lots of things around the community, from sports to dance, to story time.  Every kid is differant, so you may have to just see what she likes.
