When ttc after a m/c, do you think eating the same foods (the right kind), eating less sweets, less caffine, etc. enhances your chances of getting and staying pregnant? Tell me what kinds of healthy stuff you do.

I've never put much thought into that whole healthy thing while I was pregnant grated I never sat down and ate a whole chocolate cake but I just watched what I ate and how much of it. I ate alot of fruit with both of my pregnancies, drank alot of water, juice and tried to stay away from cola or anything loaded with sugar.  I ate alot of salad, fresh veggies but I did eat the occasional greasy burger or frech fries. Everything in moderation. Reading those pregnancy books during my first pregnancy drove me nuts but after talking to my doctor he said if you have a craving for a hot dog or a submarine sandwich then by all means eat it but of course not everyday. Good Luck!

I love my boys

Eating sensibly both when pg and ttc is a very good idea.  You want to be in the very best health you can be when you begin your journey to new life.

Good luck
