Whats wrong with me!!!!!!!

I don't know what wrong with me. As some of you know I was Pregnant with twines, well I had been going through a lot of things lately form my DH being in the hospital and then my DS was in the hospital all of last week with appendicitis and now moving. Well it all caught up to me at the same time. I have lost both of my baby's I had been spotting since Oct and the bleeding got worse over the weekend and I ended up in the Hospital and they confirmed that I had lost them. I was told that I probably started to loose them about 2 weeks ago becausemy HCG was so low and that I had already passed the babies and that I probably won't need a dnc unless the bleeding doesn't slow down. I don't know what wrong with me I still haven't been ableto cry I fill sad but I can't cry, what wrong with me? I have a follow up apt on Fri and I think I'm going to ask her about getting my tub tied, I don't wont to go through this again. We have lost 4 baby, 3 in the last year.

dear what,s wrong with me,

    i had a miscarriage in august and in the beginning i tried to convince myself that it wasn't a big deal. well about a month later every thing made me cry cartoons, songs on the radio thinking about the holidays everything!!!!! i finally had to say to myself that this was a loss, a death in my family. once i realized it i cried more and more all the time. it is a very traumatic thing to go through, and you will be able to get pregnant and have a baby, I'm not going to promise that it will be easy. i won't, but you will work through it.
