Hang in there... I'm sure the money he's making beats being unemployed... My Hubby's been gone since Jan 3rd and since then has been home (passing through) a total of 4 days... He's an O/O so staying out is how he makes money. If he were home every week we wouldn't be living the life we are (financially).. So be thankful he has a job, because right now they're scarce.

My dh has been out six weeks now and it will be another week and a half before he gets his 3 days off. What drives me nuts is his dispatcher starts calling him on his second day home. I get mad because they have his much more then we do so why cant they leave him alone for the couple days we get him. I understand calling the third day to verify a load and get his student ready but to call about silly stuff on the second and first day is just rude to me. It is better now since he got a new dispatcher. The old dispatcher figured his first day home was the day he droped the load even if it was 10pm so he would get cheated out of a day every time. I like his current dispatcher except for the calling on the second day. But she does run him alot and we get great miles so I should be happy that is running and not sitting. I just miss him like crazy and so does our kids and his poor dog gets so emo when he is gone. Sorry...just needed to vent...
