Earlier this afternoon, we got the best news in the world. David's FM is the most awesome woman in the entire world right now. Not only was she able to work things out in the schedule to get him home to the Jackson yard Thursday night but she was also able to put in a few calls and have him switched to the Jackson Intermodel Division. This means that we will be able to see him every single weekend.
We haven't seen him in almost a month, and while that's not the longest we've ever been apart, after the car wreck 3 weeks ago, it will be wonderful to have him meet us at the Bus Terminal Friday morning. From the Bus Terminal we are going over to sign the papers for our house, doing a little grocery shopping, moving our oldest dd from homeschool to public school, then spending the rest of his time off hunkered down in our home watching movies and having some much needed family time.
It's finally nice to have something going right for our little family!
