Here's an easy lunch or quick idea for supper!

Chicken Cheddar Wraps

1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream

1 cup chunky salsa

2 T. mayonnaise

4 cups, cooked cubed chicken

2 cups (8 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms

2 cups shredded lettuce

1 cup guacamole (optional)

12 tortillas

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, salsa and mayo.  Stir in chicken, cheese and mushrooms.  Divide lettuce and guacamole if desired between tortillas.  Place about ½ cup chicken mixture on each tortilla.  Fold sides over filling.

this one is one of my hubby's favs, and if you aren't a mushroom lover, you can leave them out. I love mushrooms!!

O we love mushrooms here too! We don't eat much meat other than chicken, so a new chicken recipe is great!

This sounds really good.  Thanks for sharing!  My boys love just about anything you can put on a tortilla!

This sounds good. I would leave the mushrooms out & the guac, but I'm looking for lunch ideas & quick/healthy ideas. Thanks.

I made a version of these for my family last night.  Younger kids only like the chicken with cheese.  The older ones, dh & I all like chicken cooked with sweet sandwich bell peppers, fresh lime juice, chopped tomatoes, a little onion & cilantro.
