I'm taking the round towel bar down, replacing it with a whole shelf thing above the toilet and replacing the toilet paper holder

oh no! that sucks. i'm weird but i love patching holes because i am a million times better at it then dh. home depot sells a chicken wire like patch to place over the hole so it holds all the mud in place. lightly mud several times allowing it to dry between layers. you have to do thin layers and let it dry and build it up or it will crack and fall off a few days or week later! then sand and paint! dh punches a ton of holes in our walls, its kinda my new specialty to fix them

That's what I got and I had NO idea it was supposed to fall off. Thank you!!!! I'm going to paint it a sage green with just a few light pink accents
