Have you ever used that option on your stove? I tried it, and it smelled like something was burning! I turned it off. Is that normal?

Oh, why does it get real hot? LOL! I've never had a stove like this before.

The high temperature kind of I guess bakes the soil off the inside of the oven.

Once it goes through it's cleaning cycle you would need to let it cool down and then you can just wipe it out with a cloth with just plain water on it.

Easy peasy! I love mine!

Exactly..High temp basically turns everything into ash and wipe it clean..I love mine.

I have one and love it....I will not leave the house when it's cleaning...I always hang around...It usually takes about 4 hours for mine to clean, cool, and unlock.

I take my racks out before I turn it on. I was told it's just too much for them to withstand and might discolor them. I clean them with spray oven cleaner like Easy Off while the oven self cleans.
