Here is my laundry room - nothing to fancy. This is the powder room on our mail level, so it is the guest bath too. When we bought our home, this was a full bathroom with tub and everything. I knew since all of our bedrooms were upstairs that we would never use the bathtub, so I convinced my hubby to convert it to our laundry room.

You can't really see the laundry area, but we have a stacked front loading washer and dryer.

Christine...

I beg to differ on the "nothing fancy"...another really classy space!

Do you like your front loading stacked set??? I've been trying to convince my MIL to move her laundry to the main level of their bungalow because she has trouble with the stairs....do you know how much space your set takes up????

What a great use of space....how did you conceal the washer/dryer???

BTW, the laundry room at the open house was in the basement.....what you can't see was the kicker...heated tumbled stone floors....I drooled my way through that whole house!

My laundry room is in a small hallway going into the garage.  I have front loading machines and I have to lean over the washer door to get clothes in the dryer.

I'm glad you posted the basement laundry areas, because I've just got a basic, tiny little room between the family room and the garage! lol  I never even thought about getting creative with ours, but it's too small to do much with anyway.
