Friday is preparation day, beings that the Sabbath begins at sunset.
So this is when we take time and get as much as we can done.
Any and all cleaning (house, laundry, clothes, car, etc.) as well as gassing up the car and any repairs whether it is for the car's or the house.
That way we won't be burdened with it on the Sabbath and can devote all our time to learning more about the Father.
Think about it, a Commanded DAY OFF!
Once a week, every week, FOREVER!
And if you think that's great, try this one...
A Commanded VACATION!

I would love to be able to tell my bosses that I can't work on Sunday, because it is against my religion. Unfortunately big companies don't give a flying leap about their employees personal life, all they care about is people being available for their customers 24-7. Any ideas?
