Here's my order

Owen (1st) not necissarily my favorite on your list, but sounds best with last name.

Carter (2nd) sounds good with last name

I really like the names Parker and Sullivan however....

Parker Stephens is too close to the actor Parker Stevenson (IMO).  Regarding Sullivan I think itmay be too many S's for me.
