Once a week I cook with my school age kids, so any ideas would be great! Again I need cheap, easy, and fun!!!

Today I am cooking mimi pizzas. I put pizzza sauce in mimi cups, on a plate I will give them a handfull of moz. chesse, few slices of pepporoni and some ritz crackers. Than they use a spoon to spread sauce and they build from there...I prob will let them nook it for like 5-10 secs. My son loves these at home...they are fun and good to eat!
