Just want to let everyone know about an awesome, super-easy-to-follow, low-cal and low-fat meal plan I have compiled for some of my female clients. Basically, instead of relying on a commercial program, such as Weight Watchers or Nutrisystem, my package consists of 30 healthy breakfasts, 30 healthy lunches, 30 healthy dinners, and a list of healthy snacks. It also consists of a simple worksheet to determine how many calories you should be eating per day to achieve your weight loss goals.
How it works... each day, you choose one breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and supplement your calories with snacks. So let's say you are on a 1,500 calorie diet. You can have a 300 calorie breakfast, a 300 calorie lunch, a 400 calorie dinner, and five 100 calorie snacks throughout the day! See, it is that simple. And it has worked miracles for my clients!
All meals are realistic and easy to make. No crash dieting. Also, I can customize each meal plan to suit your personal tastebuds!
