Are you a member of the Militant Breastfeeding Cult? If you believe that babies deserve the best start, if you want to offer support and encouragement to new moms on breastfeeding, if you are concerned at our nation's breastfeeding rates, than you just might be considered too "militant" for other mainstream breastfeeding groups.

There are many reasons why a mother should breastfeed and they are listed everywhere. No doctor with a valid medical degree would argue the fact that breastfeeding holds with it many benefits, but trying to weed out the truth from the crud can be difficult and confusing at times.

Here we offer support for true lactivists. You won't be called durogatory names or accused of thinking you're better than moms who don't breastfeed. Just down to earth mamas doing what they were made to do for their little ones.

This group is not for every breastfeeder. We are blunt and we are passionate. We do not support the spread of misinformation and look only to educate others and share experiences.
