i ordered MOD bracelets for fundraising

i have to tell you guys that i ordered bracelets from this website called www.wrist-band.com.

i ordered 100 and got 100 free and it came to $52 altogether.  so if i sell them all i will raise $148.  now i thought about this at first and some ppl told me to sell them for $2 but do you realize how easy it is to sell something for a dollar?

i got them in purple and had 'march of dimes' printed on them.  i think in the future i may get a batch with 'walk for preemies' and 'team corina blue' on the back.  you can have something put on the front, on the back, on the inside.  i think it's a great deal.  between me and my dd today we sold $26.  my father is going to have the MOD banner with him outside the market on saturday to sell them so i'm hoping to get rid of the rest.  that would be awesome!

i just wanted to let you guys know.  we're almost at our goal.

That's a great idea! I've bookmarked it so I can do that next year..or actually I'll be starting way early for next year's walk so later this year. I did a Yankee Candle fundraiser and made $200. I would have made more money but I didn't get the chance to take it everywhere I wanted. They have fundraisers in the Fall and Early Spring, so I'll be doing it again in the Fall (think Christmas...people always want YC for gifts!). Just google Yankee Candle fundraiser and it will give you the website. My tip is to get more books than you think you will need. They ask you how many sellers you will have and only give you books based on that. So while i had 3 books, I had 6 people willing to take it home to their friends and family and then to their workplace.
