Does anyone know the current stats for ht. And weight for women in america atm? Id look it up but on my ph i can not copy and paste. 😞 what is avg and what is considered overweight....a ststs scale.


Also does anyone know tge avg american womens ht and weight...current stat?

Height (inches): 63.8
Weight (pounds): 166.2

BMI is currently used to determine if a person is overweight or obese.  Some claim that it's not accurate, but it's what the medical profession uses.

Sry i cant read tht on my cell. Can i ask where a 5'6" 154lb woman would come in at??

Ok ty. Its odd for me bc iv always had issues w anorexia and bulmia so was always way under. I know atm i need to lose but plan on doing it in a heathy manner πŸ˜‰
