Did you know that their is a national Step-Parent Day. It is always on September 16th. We should get the word about this out. I never knew that we had our own day, did you? it is never advertise and has any one every really celebrated it? Before I found this out I always wanted to have my step-Children for part of Mother's day(i kind still would like to see them). I want to get the cards and flowers, the breakfast in bed. I mean I clean their room, get them ready for school and take care of them when they are sick. If that is not what a mother is all about I don't know what is. Should we get all of that too, even though we didn't give birth to our kids. What do you think, am I just being selfish?
