Here are some general guidelines that will make our group a great place for all!

When posting or replying to a post ...
- Be respectful, good manners are always appreciated and often necessary!
- If using technical language, please try to translate into general terms most everyone can understand.
- Questions regarding personal situations are acceptable, however personal attacks are not!
- Please watch your language. Some kids read along side of their Moms here. I know we are all eloquent to express ourselves without resorting to profanity.
- It's OK to disagree, as long as discussion does not become inflammatory. Remember it's OK to address the post, but do not attack the poster.
- Soliciting is not permitted here and will be promptly removed.

TIP:  When starting a thread Your title is important! Remember that our members usually scan the titles looking for topics they have knowledge on or are familiar with. Be clear and specific on what kind of help you need and keep it short and simple so it's easy for others to scan and pick your message out of the crowd. For example ... NEED HELP Preparing for Conference is a title that will probably get you better results than than NEED HELP!

Most importantly ... have fun and share your information, knowledge and experience!
