A group for hip, happenin’, super-fly mamas of all ethnic backgrounds who have truly got it goin’ on! We will discuss everything of interest to the ultimate Soul Mama: family, politics, culture, books, travel, articles, health/fitness, exercise, music, relationships, etc. The Soul Mama is a super-mama; she’s raising kids, paying bills and saving the world. When she’s not at Mommy-and-Me yoga classes or PTA meetings, you might find her freestyling at the local poetry set, belly dancing at the YMCA, protesting the genocide in Darfur or volunteering at the Salvation Army. She’s open to new ideas and new experiences. She believes that love and acceptance are the key to making the world a better place, and this is what she teaches her children.
