Hi, everyone.

My husband is looking to reenlist for the third time, this time hopefully PCSing to Schofield. I have a few questions....Could you help me out?

Firstly, does Schofield have a garrisoned MP unit?

Secondly, what is preferable, in your oppinion? On or Off base housing?

What can i expect, as far as the actualy move is concerend? I've never PCSed before, so I'm completely new to all of this.

I'm sure I'll think of more things...

Thanks so much for your time!

Yes Schofield has a garrisoned MP unit. Off post is best. Schofeild is a little base with WAY too many people on it. PCSing to Hawaii isn't all that bad, but do you have any pets that you will be bringing? If so there are things you have to do in advance. Hawaii is very stricked when it comes to brings pets to the island. We PCSed here in Sept of 2011 from FL. If you have anymore question I'll be glad to help, just email at brandy_meeks89@yahoo.com
