Tired of flipping through magazines containing nothing but page upon page of quick fixes, beauty tricks, and diet tips, all the while seeing everywhere you go that Americans are in a state of declining health, increasing weight, and living like miserable zombies...feeding a seemingly unstoppable machine from birth until death....
