        Try NEBS for triplicate forms  I'm sure you can order them online.  If you need forms just for your type of business, I suggest MS Publisher.  Once you make up the form, save it and print it out as needed.

I don't know if Identity Theft scares you ladies as much as it does me (had it happend to two of my friends), but this Family Plan (NOT AFFILIATE OR MLM) by a MAJOR Insurance Company big time eases my mind! We have FOUR ADULTS in our household (two adult or almost adult kids) covered to the max, and it's $140 for the YEAR for our whole family!!

This is the plan recommended by Dave Ramsey, and now I know why! The coverage is awesome!!

Excellent Idea Joyce (as usual!!!)....  Many of the business needs Tim and I have with our home based business now are ALSO needs we had with our Corporation for 15+ years....

A Business is a Business...   RIGHT????

I'll jump in with healthcare or medical costs, because that's obviously something I know ALOT about...   Absolutely EVERYONE needs Health Insurance. Accidents happen, and you need to be covered when they do.  NOPE, discount plans are NOT insurance and can actually cause you MORE problems WHEN that accident occurs... If you have a "discount plan", you're often NOT eligable for federal help.... and I've seen time and time again this just devastate someone who didn't realize that. 

How would you feel if YOUR CHILD needed a major surgery, and the facility refused you because you had no insurance?

You can get a Medical Catastrophic plan (PPO or HMO)  to cover the Cancer, Major MVA, Heart Disease, Trasnplant issues that DO sneak in, but put your deductable to what you can afford only if that dire emergency occurs.  If you rarely go to the doctor, WHY pay extra on a plan that covers MD visits!?  To pay an extra $40 monthly to be able to see a doc that you normally see once or twice a year wouldn't make sense would it?? 

Now... I KNOW I'll probably be eat up by the CareEntre and Ameriplan MLM Reps, but with 27 years of healthcare AND having owned a full medical cost containment corporation where I served on both state and national Medical Cost Containment boards.... I'm telling you guys like it is...

HOPEFULLY you'll never have to face this issue ... but if you do, BE PREPARED....

UPDATE ON CEM PROSPECTOR

OK, I just entered my second month with the CEM Prospector, and ladies, this is absolutely the BEST system I've ever seen!  People in our organization who were never able to enroll others are bringing in MAJOR experienced Networkers!

CEM isn't specific to any business, so ANYONE can use it!  AND NO, it's not affiliate so I get NOTHING for saying this...

What I like is it allows us to treat our business LIKE a business!  I did a basic script that our new members can use to add new leads to the system, and then of course we or one of our team Leaders do all the followups with them and walk them thru the enrolling part....  We can track ALL notes, Be reminded of followups (I have it set so after someone watches the video, it messages me on my CELL PHONE!!!), we can SEE all emails sent in ONE AREA,  have our own personal contact page WITH Audio,  we can send broadcast messages that are personalized, ALL AR letters are automatic and hands off, we get a toll free answering message system with UNLIMITED messages .......   all really NEAT stuff!

I just have to say.....HOLY CRAP!  You have a ton of services and products!  What I'm looking for right now is order forms and guest lists that are in duplicate.  Feel free to message me with any info.
