I'm trying to start up a web business but I need to be able to create a forum. Can anyone help me with this. Please

where are you hostng your website? if yourprovider offers fantastico in the control panel you can install forums with one click -
Or i would suggest remote hosting your forum through bravenet if you are new to web dsign ;) you can use their free ad based tools or pay a small momthly fee to use premium services.
Another option is locate a host that has fantasico and use Word press. You can then get a word press plugin that creates a forum.
