Some one asked to do a study on Christmas Spirit. Another suggested a book by Rick Warren.
I know that it's a little late in the month to ask everyone to buy a book and be able to get this done before Christmas so the closes I can get is to ask this question.
What does Christmas mean to you?
I don't mean how are you going to celebrate I mean what does it mean to you in your heart? What do you know about Christmas?
Why do you celebrate it? Do you know why we celebrate it,not the worldly celebrate like Santa Claus, but we as Christian celebrate it?
These are just question I thought I would ask,as I said it's the most I can do before Christmas but hope that maybe next year we can do a better job with our sisters request.

Like Mona I agree that Christmas should be a lifestyle of Love and giving of oneself for the edification of the Body of Christ.
My way of celebrating is giving Christ centered gifts and using this as an ideal time to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to family, friends, and strangers.
Awesome question Sis.
God's Blessings
Thats great sis I don't think anyone could have said it better,of course I always did think you had a way with words. Merry Christmas Sis.
I also take this time of the year to think about my blessing and try to make sure my children don't get carried away with the monetary gifts and understand the big gift of the day.
I feel like we should always have a giving and loving way of life all year long.
But I also know that during the holidays we have the emotional feeling of love or giving. We have more cheer and b/c of that people say they're in the Christmas Spirit so I understand the saying even if the meaning should be more a a constant action.
I guess I'm say the meaning of the Christmas Spirit should be Christ like actions. Which we should have year long. Otherwise we are just in the holiday mood or holiday spirit. Christmas Spirit should be more spiritual then emotional.
I hope you understand what I'm saying. Unlike my sister I don't have a way with words, but my heart is in it :)
Merry Christmas sisters God bless ysic Charlie
It represents Christ Birth, the Love of God, giving of yourself to other people. We celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus, Oh did I say that again LOL! Well that's what it is all about.
