ok what does this mean??

I would say that given it had to do with birth (C Section), that there is going to be a change in your life. It could also lead me to think there is a choice you are dealing with (maybe agonizing over). The surgery aspect of it has me thinking that the change will have to do with something emotional, given that birth (c section surgery) is one of the most emotional times in our lives as women. Are you worried about your health? It could also literally be a concern you are having about your own body. If you are, I would say to have it checked out. Afterall, there is nothing like a woman's intuition.
 
This would also coincide with your other dream you posted here. The emotional agonizing you do in your waking life. Maybe it is yourself trying to say that there is something you need to change from within (Like cut out the negatives, etc or to give birth to a new day). I don't know, just a thought.
