I finally got a call back from the developmental peds. but apperently they cannot fit me in until the middle of January next year, so I guess it will be a while before I know anything but if for some reason I get in earlier I will keep you posted.

It seems like it takes 6 months or more to get into Dev. Peds. My daughter got her referal all the way back on March the 1st and they couldn't fit her in until August the 3rd. It is crazy to have to schedule so far in advance, there needs to be more DR.s in this field, or are we the parents the only ones seeing a rise in these difficulties our children are facing? Hope they can squeeze you in sooner, did you ask to be put on their cancellation list?? It might speed it up, it never hurts to try.
