 I did walk today!!!

here i are my stats

i also did bench presses. i started heavy. opposite of last time i think

 25# for 3 reps

i alternated the walking with the weighs. my ds was eating and reading while worked out. maybe tomorrow he will workout too. my dd took the day off  from exercise today and my older ds has marching band tomorrww. but he did not workout yet this week at home.

thats it the youngest wont get to sleep . so i better knockem out. LOL. J/Kbig smile mini

100-ish minutes. It definitely wasn't my best work out ever. I walked to the track, jogged a lap, stretched did 60 crunches, jogged a lap and a half, walked half a lap, jogged a lap and a half, kinda stretched again then I walked/jogged up the stairs 60 times and then I walked home.

The question is-- will I be sore tomorrow?
