There is a time in everyone's life where they want to tell it like it is without being told to keep their mouth shut. Personally, I am really big on sharing opinions as well as the emotions behind those opinions. That's why this group was created. If you are angry, let it out! If you don't agree, make yourself known! There is no sense in sitting back just because you "don't want to offend". Please, by all means, offend! That is what you are feeling, and that is completely healthy.

This group is not necessarily made to start drama, it is made for those of us who like to keep it real and don't care who knows it. Talking it out is the most effective way to solve problems, so let's get it started!! If you don't like what someone said about you, let them know! And if you choose to let them know publicly, then so be it!! This group is geared toward African-American women, but anyone from any ethnic background may join.

This group is not for whining or babies. You must own a pair of big girl panties to be in this group and you must wear them at all times. If you get bashed for your opinion, then that's tough. That's what happens in the real world and that is what will happen here. Don't expect a post to get locked or deleted just because of a debate or a name gets called because it will not happen. This group is for women who are strong enough to speak their minds and take criticism. If you don't feel you can handle this, then please do not join. Be sure to read the guidelines before joining.
