A Swollen brain. Unconsciousness. Uncontrollable seizures...

Do you believe in miracles? If not, then this will give you faith!
According to Tina's Dad: TODAY, they decided to wake him up, and see how he would respond, and he started kicking his feet in excitement, after seeing his grandfather, and he supposedly followed him with his eyes when he spoke! They also took him off of life-support, and he is now breathing on his own, the only thing hooked up to him is an IV and a feeding tube, and they took the stint out of his head! It's hard to believe what all this little boy has been through! Can I get a PRAISE GOD!? THANK YOU JESUS...

MONDAY, February 11th- I was told today that Aiden will still be in the hospital for AT LEAST another month, just so they can monitor him, give him therapy, and to be sure that he doesn't relaps...he is still doing wonderful, but he does still have a feeding tube, because he has "forgotten" how to eat, or more like swallow...he also has not attempted to crawl or pull-up, they are not sure if it is due to actual brain damage or if he is just still in the process of healing, but they are almost certain that with time, he will more than likely grow up to lead a normal life...so, KEEP PRAYING! It's not over yet! His long journey to recovery and LIFE is just beginning...(AHH, THE POWER OF PRAYER!)

TUESDAY, February 12th- Aiden is blind. They are not sure of the extent, and there is still a possibility with time, healing, and prayer...anything is possible through God! So, please, PRAY FOR A FULL RECOVERY!

THURSDAY, February 14th- HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY! Around 11 pm, Aiden was taken out of ICU and put into a regular hospital room! (AND I GOT MARRIED TODAY! WHAT A GREAT DAY!)

TUESDAY, February 19th- "BABY AIDEN- Well, I just got back from my visit with Aiden. I went with the intention of just giving the bear to the family, but no one was there except his nurse and a babysitter from a health services agency. To my surprise they let me see baby Aiden, I hope his family will not mind. He has 4 allowed vistors (maternal side). I told them where I was from and who I represented "Kelsey's purpose". He looks amazing considering everything he has been through. The nurse said he was a little fussing today because he is teething and he has gas from the feeding tube. He has a tube in the top of his head for his head injury and for IV fluids. He also, has a feeding tube in the right side of his stomach for meds. and feedings. I got to change his diaper, and I sang to him. He would just be still and listen. He is a very sweet little boy. The nurse feed him while I was there. I have to tell you he loves his babysitter her name is Lesile. He still does not like to be held-they think it has to do with the neurological effects from the abuse, and I'm sure it does but his color looks good. He keeps his hands clenched and by his side, but his feet are just kicking away. I hope his family will see the bear from KP and when they have time come on our site. I will be calling Memorial monday to see if I can become a volunteer to be a babysitter for Aiden."---Lady from Kelsey's Purpose

WEDNESDAY, February 20th- Aiden should be able to leave the hospital in about a week or so. But since they are not ready to put him in a permanent home yet, he will go to either a medical center or a foster home with parents with a medical background. This is not a bad thing, it will help ease the bills (not the most important thing, but they are big) and he will be getting the appointments and rehab he is going to need. He is going to have quite the busy schedule. The fact that the hospital thinks he is well enough to leave is a miracle and a blessing. Thank you all for your prayers, and please continue them!

Sunday, February 24th:
*AIDEN IS EATING FROM A BOTTLE! NO MORE FEEDING TUBE!

*WEDNESDAY, MARCH 12th- Aiden LOVES to eat & his baby brother IS healthy! That's all we can say for now...
(Still not sure of his eyesight, sorry! -GAG ORDER)

March 21st- Aiden was released from the hospital!

What about his eye sight? Have you heard about the tests that were conducted on his vision?

Thank you. Any word on when he's actually leaving the hospital? I'm hoping he'll be somewhere comfortable for his Bday. And not hooked up to any machines or tubes. Oh, did they remove the tube from the top of his head too?

Not sure on any of that...I promise if I know details or info. about ANYTHING concerning Aiden, I will let ya'll know...but he is SUPPOSED to be leaving the hospital some time this week...and as for the tube in his head, I don't know! OMG, my sister fell off a curb today, and sprained her ankle, and my dad & I went to bring her home from the hospital, which was Memorial, where Aiden is, and I tried to see about visiting him, but they said only family...I could have told them I was one of his support group leaders, like the woman from Kelsey's Purpose did, but I didn't know how his family would feel about me being there, since they were harrassing me...now I regret it so bad! I wished I would have had more courage & made more of an effort to visit him...I have been granted permission to see him after he is discharged from the hospital, though, and I'm hoping he will let me hold him...I CAN'T WAIT to finally meet him! (I'll let ya'll know when that will be & how the visit goes! I plan on taking pictures!)

Awww, how awesome is that? Please take pictures and share them with us. I'd love to see him. Who granted permission for you to see him? Philip's side? That is totally awesome. Please please give him a little kiss and a huge hug from all of us!
