Does anyone know why there is an age limit on safe haven?
Most states it is either either 72 hours and 30 days. I only found 3 that was up to 1 yr.
Still, thinking about all those people that don't seem to "want" thier babies/children" , such a short seems to be counter-productive.

by krista8111 on Nov. 21, 2008 at 11:04 PMI think the same thing. People that would actually take their child to a safe have are probably not handling their child very well. I hate to insinuate abusein all cases, but it's highly likely. Wouldn't we rather prevent this?
