A Louisiana man was arrested Friday and charged with sexually assaulting a 4-month-old baby at a Killeen daycare. According to police, Terrance Charles Beard, 23, who was an employee at Little Blessings Daycare confessed to sexually assaulting the little girl February 20th.

The baby's mother said she noticed her daughter had unusual bruising after picking her up from the daycare.


Doctors at Darnall Army Medical Center @ Fort Hood, Texas said the girl's injuries were consistent with sexual assault. Investigators said employees at the daycare noticed the injuries but didn't report it to police. Her father was deployed and the red cross got him home for this horrible situation they are going through now.

I know that the employee is gone now, but the fact that the injuries were noticed and went unreported is troubling.

OMG that is absolutely horrifying.  I hope they charge the daycare as well as the pervert.  They're legally bound to report all cases of suspected child abuse.  It should've been obvious that bruises anywhere on a 4 month old is not normal.

I know I will get bashed for the but here it goes. As sad as this story is for the ffamily and what not as least this baby is still small enought not to remeber but it will take alot of time for the family to be able to trust anyone. I have worked in daycare for almost 8 years and had to deal with this type of thing several time(not froem teacher but from fmaliy members) I had one little girl she was 5-6 and drew a picture of a "man" and she colored him black and i asked her why she did that and she said "because he toughes me" everyone jumped in and we contacted the police and they took it over the state came and took her and the 2 sisters and brother that day from the daycare. The man was abusing both her and her sister and brother (all under the age if 6) the sad this is it was her dadddy that was doing it. this thing are very sensitvy for everyone involved

I AGREE. I'VE STAYED HOME WITH MY DAUGHTER FOR THREE YEARS NOW AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO UNTIL SHE FULLY UNDERSTANDS NOT TO TRUST ANYBODY NEAR HER PRIVATE AREA. MEN ARE SO DISGUSTING AND SICK.

PLEASE, if ANYONE EVER suspects ANY form of child abuse, REPORT IT!
When I hear about a child, expecially a BABY being SEXUALLY abused, it absolutely disguests me! I wish the laws were more strict about people committing this horrific crimes towards children! I say people like this pervert should be CASTORATED!

Ok first off i don't see how a 4month old little girl turns on a man.. that just makes me sick.. i think they should cut it off so he can not longer do this to another child.. just think he did this at a daycare what does he do after work?? SCAREY THOUGHT!!!!! that poor little girl
