I was thinking the other day, and as most of you know, April used to keep in contact with Mr. Steve (Aiden's grandfather) by phone. Well, because of all the drama, the GAG order & personal matters, he has not been on-line in a WHILE, and April hasn't been able to get in touch with him in WEEKS, either. I was being nosey, looking at his MySpace profile, and reading some of his most recent comments, and according to one of Tina's old friends, Steve & his family bought & I guess have moved into a new house! I'm not sure where, but I know they were living in Westwood Heights in Rincon. Anyways, do you think that maybe it's possible that Steve has custody of the boys, and that's one of the reasons why they decided to move? To keep the boys safe, have privacy & to avoid being harrassed? *Just a thought, don't quote me!

I hope they drop the GAG order (soon)! It drives me cRaZy NOT knowing how he is, where he is & if his baby brother is with him or not!

It's actually up to the judge to make that desicion BUT, at the same time, they DID say that it could take UP TO 12 months to desicide where the boys' permanant home would be! I dunno, I'm so confused! My brain is going 90 to nothin'...I'm trying to peice everything together & figure it all out! Also, keep in mind, Steve & his family would like safety, privacy & to not be harrassed with the boys by the media, Aiden's supporters & even Aiden's stalkers...(yes, Aiden does have "stalkers". Because of his publicity & "fame", even when he was in the hospital, they had numerous people trying to sneak into Aiden's room, and one that they know of even tried to take his picture!) So, could you blame them?
I would love to think that... But I would think the gag order would then be dropped??? whats the link to his myspace?

It is possible, but you can always find out where they have moved, there is a website that links to the court house and purchasing property is open to the public. It only cost I think about $5.00 to go on there and do a search. It also could be that they needed a bigger place. You can go under
Effingham County.org and view the house in Westwood and it does not look very big, so maybe they needed more space. It takes them awile to update information on Effingham County.org but after a while their new place will be available on there also. If they are still in Effingham that is.

MaryJane: Yeah, you're right, and I think their old house in Westwood was only 3 MAYBE 4 bedrooms (Steve & his wife, his son Steven, & their daughter Jada PLUS possibly Aiden & Baby Richards) --I used to hang out with Steven, believe it or not! LOL, but I honestly think that if that's the reason they moved, they are going to get outta Effingham...

It may have been a requirment in order to get custody to have a bigger house. But he probally does not have custody yet. It seems like it is too soon. Maybe ha has visitation rights and wanted to be closer to the boys as well.

I don't think the gag order is going to be dropped untill after the hearing. I might be wrong though.
If they are having a jury trial, I think they would want people to know as little information on the boys, tina, phillip, ect as possible so they have an "open" mind I guess. I don't know though
