He only has to serve 10 months in a detention center!? And then he will be FREE? Where is the justice in that? It is partially his fault that Aiden almost died! I wonder if he will be allowed to see Xander or Aiden? I certainly hope not! He doesn't deserve the priveledge! (I am trying to find out something about the GAG order...I will let you all know something, hopefully soon!)

wow.. this sickens me.. 10 more months? How is that right? They are reading too much into the fact that he DIDNT partake in the abuse, but in my eyes, he hurt him almost as much as Tina by doing nothing.. yuck.. they better not allow him to EVER see his children, he is NOT a father!

I agree. He does deserve more time, but not as much as Tina got. He did know about it, didn't tell anyone, or seek help for his son. I am glad he has a long probation. I hope they do keep both boys away from him, at least until they are 18. I am wondering if he is going to move to Knoxville (20 minutes away from me) after he is released.

From my understanding, he is going to move in with his mother (Joyce- Knoxville, TN) because he would be much safer there. If he stays here in Georgia, especially in Effingham County, he WILL be continuously threatened, if not beaten or maybe even killed! Also, his mother said she is "ecstatic that he is getting out soon & coming home"...

Yea so she thinks it's okay what he did??? POS! How did she not know?
